Letters

We search Planning Commission meetings and City Council meetings all over the state for zoning and general plan compliant proposals for housing. We email the decision makers to ensure they are aware of their duties under state law, and to ensure we have standing to sue the locality in case they ignore the law.

This file also includes letters we wrote in support/ opposition of proposed legislation. To see coalition letters we have either signed or organized, visit our Coalition Letters page.

If you know about a proposed general plan compliant housing development that you think needs help, you can write your own letter using our form letter or, submit the project using our form, or, do both!
